Easily PR68 by third-rate slab standards and Superb Gem Proof +++ by "commercial" raw coin criteria, after the usual doctoring. Unless your dealer is legendary expert Warren Mills of RCONH (no affiliation whatsoever), avoid raw coins and third-rate slabs. Stick with PCGS and NGC.
